Welcome to the educational platform operated by Freedom Teaching LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a limited liability company incorporated in North Carolina. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of, access to, and use of our website, the private “back office” portal, and all associated educational videos, texts, email newsletters, and materials (collectively, the “Program”).

By making a payment or accessing the Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from purchasing or accessing the Program.

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
  • Minimum Age: The Program provides education regarding financial, banking, equity investing, and wagering services. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to purchase or access the Program. By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. Account Delivery & Security
  • Delivery Workflow: Upon verified receipt of your Bitcoin payment, your unique login credentials will be automatically generated and transmitted to the email address you provided at checkout.
  • Account Protection: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • No Account Sharing: Your account is for your personal, individual use only. Sharing your login credentials, distributing your password, or allowing third parties to access your back office portal is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Payment Methods & Strict No-Refund Policy
  • Cryptocurrency Payments: Standard checkout payments for the Program are processed as a one-time fee via Bitcoin (BTC). Access credentials are automatically issued upon blockchain confirmation.
  • Manual Off-Platform Payments (Zelle, etc.): If you request and we agree to accept an alternative manual payment method (including but not limited to Zelle, peer-to-peer payment apps, or bank transfers), you acknowledge that account provisioning is handled manually. Freedom Teaching LLC makes no guarantees of instant delivery for manual payments. We are not liable for any delays in account delivery resulting from transaction verification times, manual processing windows, or third-party payment platform holds, freezes, or service disruptions.
  • Strict No Refunds: Because the Program consists of digital educational videos and proprietary information that can be immediately consumed and utilized upon access, all sales are final. We enforce a strict non-refundable policy. Once your payment (whether via Bitcoin or a manual method like Zelle) is received and your login credentials are issued, you are not entitled to a refund, chargeback, currency reversal, or payment dispute for any reason.
4. Proprietary Intellectual Property & Prohibited Actions
  • Ownership: All educational videos, strategies, text, graphics, data, email updates, and materials hosted in the back office portal are the exclusive intellectual property of Freedom Teaching LLC.
  • Limited License: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view the videos and materials for your private, educational use.
  • Prohibited Content Actions: You explicitly agree that you will not record, download, rip, scrape, duplicate, redistribute, republish, or sell any videos or content from the back office. Violation of this clause will result in immediate permanent account termination without notice, and we reserve the right to pursue statutory damages under federal copyright law.
5. Strict Financial, Educational, Gambling, & Equity Disclaimers
  • Not Financial or Legal Advice: The information, videos, strategies, and tips provided within the Program are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Freedom Teaching LLC is not a bank, investment advisor, CPA, broker-dealer, sportsbook, or financial institution. We do not provide professional financial, legal, tax, or wagering advice.
  • Stock and Equity Disclaimers: From time to time, the Company may share stock concepts, commentary, market observations, or individual stock ideas via the private portal or email updates. These communications represent solely the personal opinions, personal analysis, and speculative ideas of the author. They do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, stock, option, or financial instrument.
  • Unlicensed Entity Status: Freedom Teaching LLC and its members are not registered investment advisors or financial planners. We do not evaluate your personal financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives.
  • High Risk of Investing: Investing in equities involves a high degree of risk, including the total loss of principal capital. You acknowledge that you must perform your own independent research and/or consult a licensed financial professional before executing any stock trades. Freedom Teaching LLC is not liable for any financial losses, trading deficits, or investment damages you incur from acting on the concepts shared.
  • No Gambling Facilitation: Freedom Teaching LLC does not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling transactions.
  • No Guarantees: Bank, sportsbook, and equity markets change rapidly. We do not guarantee that any specific bonus or stock idea mentioned will remain active, accurate, profitable, or achieve specific financial results.
  • Assumption of Risk & Local Laws: Sports wagering, stock investing, and account openings involve an inherent risk of financial loss. You assume all legal and financial risks associated with implementing the strategies taught. Online sports wagering laws vary heavily by state, country, and jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that sports betting and bonus collection are legal in your local jurisdiction before creating a third-party account. Freedom Teaching LLC is not liable for your violation of any local, state, federal, or international laws.
6. Third-Party Banking & Sportsbook Relationships
  • Platform Independence: The Program references, discusses, or links to third-party financial institutions and sports betting platforms. Freedom Teaching LLC is completely independent of these entities. You acknowledge that any account you open with a third-party bank or sportsbook is a direct contract between you and that platform.
  • Account Actions and Bans: We are not responsible or liable for any actions taken by third-party banks or sportsbooks, including but not limited to account closures, frozen funds, bonus denials, or promotion terms adjustments. Sportsbooks maintain strict rules regarding user behavior, geolocation verification, and promotion abuse; we are not liable if a sportsbook determines that your utilization of educational tips violates their terms, results in the forfeiture of your bonuses, or leads to a permanent account ban.
  • External Links: Our Site or Program may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Freedom Teaching LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access external links entirely at your own risk.
7. Company Right to Account Termination
  • Termination of Access: Freedom Teaching LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the private back office portal immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, account sharing, data scraping, or video recording. In the event of termination for a breach of these Terms, no refunds of Bitcoin or manual payments will be issued, and your access to all educational materials will be permanently revoked.
8. Indemnification (The Legal Shield)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freedom Teaching LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of and access to the Program.
  2. Your violation of any provision of these Terms.
  3. Your violation of any third-party right, including but not limited to any banking institution’s or sportsbook’s terms of service, intellectual property, or privacy right.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by North Carolina law, Freedom Teaching LLC, its members, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the Program.

10. Governing Law, Venue, & Legal Time Limits
  • Governing Law: These Terms, your access to the Program, and any legal disputes arising between you and Freedom Teaching LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Exclusive Venue: Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of North Carolina. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on an inconvenient forum.
  • Time Limit to File Claims: You agree that any cause of action or claim arising out of or related to the Site or the Program must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
  • CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND FREEDOM TEACHING LLC AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NEITHER YOU NOR FREEDOM TEACHING LLC WILL SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR IN ANY OTHER PROCEEDING IN WHICH EITHER PARTY ACTS OR PROPOSES TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. NO PROCEEDING WILL BE COMBINED WITH ANOTHER WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF ALL PARTIES TO ALL AFFECTED PROCEEDINGS.
